Billing Inquiries: 1-800-238-9398 - Systems Design EMS Billing
Community members who are subscribers of the FireMed program will receive a letter from Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue requesting insurance info if no current insurance is on file for you at the billing agency.
Please cooperate by providing all applicable insurance coverage and necessary signatures for your transport to be billed out to insurance. Remember that this may sometimes include auto (PIP) coverage or liability claims.
(You may download a copy of the insurance info form here)
As a FireMed subscriber, you will not be billed for any out-of-pocket costs after insurance pays. If you were uninsured on your date of service, please confirm this with Systems Design. If you are a FireMed member and receive a statement showing a balance due, please contact the billing agency at 1-800-238-9398 to clarify your subscription status.
If after contacting the billing agency you are not satisfied with the results, please contact our office at 541-296-9445 and speak with our Office Manager.
